Margarita Recipe
For those who just want the classic margarita recipe, an old favorite of mine is:
- 2 ounces tequila
- 2 ounces simple syrup
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- lime wedge for garnish
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake. Pour with ice or strain into glass depending on your taste. You can also serve this frozen by placing into a blender with crushed ice and blend until smooth.
